Clamp & Align
Pipe ends are secured in the fusion machine, faced to a clean square surface, and precisely aligned to ASTM specifications.
Heat & Fuse
A heated fusion plate is applied at controlled temperature and pressure, melting both pipe faces to the correct bead size before joining.
Cool & Inspect
Fused joint cools under controlled pressure. Every joint is datalogged by McElroy DataLogger and visually inspected before release.
